1.選擇適合自己的聽力教材。

KET學(xué)習(xí)聽力教材是很好的題材，也可以選聽適合或略高于自己水平的有趣的材料。建議聽錄音時，不看文字材料，一遍一遍的聽，直到聽懂為止。若有些地方實在聽不懂，也應(yīng)盡量聽清各個音節(jié)，然后再翻開書看一看，有些影響理解的生詞可查一下詞典。這樣的聽力訓(xùn)練，可以有效提高自己的辯音和理解能力。

建議精聽選用KET教學(xué)錄音和有故事情節(jié)的短文或科普短文；泛聽則可選用一些口語教材或一些有趣的小故事，聽音時要隨著錄音材料的頻率在腦中用英語重復(fù)，而且速度要練得能跟上錄音速度，不能邊聽邊翻譯。一般只要難度相當(dāng)，能聽清大部分單詞，是可以理解其大意的。

精聽和泛聽同時進(jìn)行

精聽記憶了所聽資料的所有的單詞和句子、發(fā)音、語調(diào)等。泛聽關(guān)注的是語速、連讀、略音等等只有連續(xù)說話才會有的東西，逐漸習(xí)慣正常的語速，習(xí)慣外國人的正常的交流。

What do you study at your school?

I study many subjects at my school. Maths, English, Chinese, Music, PE, Art, and so on.

Tell me about your day at school.

I get to school at around 8 am. And then I start my day studying different things. At noon we have a one-hour lunch break when we eat our lunch in the school cafeteria. School finishes at 3.30 pm.

What do you like about your school?

I really like the playground in our school. It’s not the biggest playground I’ve seen, but it’s a lot of fun to play there. I often go and play there with my classmates. We have so much fun at that place.
